Services are delivered digitally and begin immediately upon account creation or purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
4.2 No Guarantees of Performance
Socialyze.io provides technology tools only. We do not guarantee:
• Increased followers
• Increased engagement
• Increased revenue
• Viral content performance
• Platform account growth or retention
Results depend on user execution and external platform algorithms.
Due to the digital and immediate nature of our Services:
• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods
• Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for refund
• Service usage, login activity, or tool access constitutes service delivery
Refunds may only be issued if required by law or at our sole discretion.
By purchasing our Services, you agree:
• You will contact Socialyze.io support prior to initiating disputes
• Initiating fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks constitutes breach of contract

Evidence of service delivery may include:
• Account login logs
• IP address records

• Download or export records

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.
